We know the world has thrown us a curveball, all of us here at ATrack are concerned about the safety and well-being of our families, colleagues, customers, partners, and the many friends who make up ATrack’s global family.
During this time of uncertainty, we will do everything we can in ensuring continuity of service and support:
(1) All our internal systems are designed to allow for remote work. If required to work remotely, for the majority of teams, work can be conducted through remote connections.
(2) New product development and carrier certifications will continue.
(3) ATrack supply chains are supported by a number of strategic suppliers, and we are in contact with all of them continually to ensure we have sufficient component supplies. Nevertheless, it is always helpful if you could provide your demand forecasting to help us optimize supply decisions.
